Refund Policy

At ALKEMALK, we strive to deliver high-quality IT consulting services tailored to your business needs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our paid services.

1. Consulting Services

We do not offer refunds for consulting sessions once they have been scheduled and delivered. However:

  • If you cannot attend a scheduled consultation, you may reschedule it once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • If we fail to attend or deliver the session, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

2. Project-Based Engagements

For fixed-scope projects (e.g., cloud migration, CI/CD setup), the following applies:

  • Upfront deposits (e.g., 30–50%) are non-refundable after project initiation, as they cover planning and setup costs.
  • If the project is terminated early by the client, payment for completed work will be retained, and any unused prepayment may be partially refunded, minus administrative fees.
  • If we fail to deliver the agreed scope without valid reason, a prorated refund will be issued for undelivered work.

3. Retainer & Ongoing Support

Monthly retainers and support packages are billed in advance:

  • No refunds are issued for partial months or unused hours within a billing cycle.
  • You may cancel your retainer with 7 days’ written notice. The agreement ends at the close of the current billing period.

4. Third-Party Costs

We may pass through third-party expenses (e.g., cloud hosting, licenses) to the client:

  • These costs are billed at cost and are non-refundable unless the vendor issues a credit or refund.
  • We will assist in requesting refunds from providers where possible.

6. Disputes
